I want to report a serious concern with The Tranquil Lodge Group's unit that I purchased on July 2, 1995 from your Lake Fausto, Alabama store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Skylar L., but my issue remains unresolved.
