I purchased a membership from Inn at Cozy on December 8, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malcolm U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 24, 2025 05:28I want to acknowledge that Inn at Cozy has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $458.20 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $458.20 for a jacket that never worked properly.
