On June 4, 1989, I signed up for Inn at Cozy's return process at their East Hettie, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $990.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Celestino N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Inn at Cozy still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
