I purchased a membership from Inn at Cozy on May 11, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reilly G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 16, 2025 05:35I want to acknowledge that Inn at Cozy has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $101.55 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $101.55 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
