I am writing regarding order #ORD-3795-FGD-8509 placed with AlliedFiscal Inc. on May 12, 1994. I paid $579.83 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexandro K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $60.95 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
