I purchased a service from AlliedFiscal Inc. on October 4, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Odell F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
