On March 28, 1979, I signed up for AlliedFiscal Inc.'s delivery service at their West Darren, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $157.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alvis K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
