I want to report a serious concern with The Serene Inn's device that I purchased on January 12, 1998 from your Powlowskiside, Arkansas store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Earline C., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and The Serene Inn still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
