Quality issues with Manufacturing Builders Jurong West product

I have been a loyal customer of Manufacturing Builders Jurong West for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-3167-KUG-1366) on March 6, 1978, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
