I have been a loyal customer of Elite Mansion for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7960-QGS-6072) on February 16, 1983, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 12, 2025 05:11Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $175.58 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
