I purchased a gadget from Prime-Components on October 7, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marcelina W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
