I am writing regarding order #ORD-5521-IGK-8543 placed with Prime-Components on July 15, 2018. I paid $395.50 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Christop M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Prime-Components contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
