Unresolved issue with Prime-Components product

I purchased a software from Prime-Components on August 2, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Yesenia V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 10, 2025 05:26I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Prime-Components called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
