I purchased a subscription from Advanced Properties Specialists on July 12, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Devon H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Advanced Properties Specialists finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the microwave, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
