I purchased a subscription from Advanced Properties Specialists on July 12, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Devon H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
