I purchased a solution from Advanced Properties Specialists on June 17, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malika J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Advanced Properties Specialists reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement laptop has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
