I purchased a application from Ultimate Construction Team on June 3, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerad N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Karen Martin from the Customer Success at Ultimate Construction Team, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
