Hidden fees discovered from Classic Escape

I have been a loyal customer of Classic Escape for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3057-PUO-7251) on March 23, 2004, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 22, 2025 05:45Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $496.80 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
