I have been a loyal customer of Elite Accommodations Getaways Zaragoza for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3541-LFI-9446) on September 2, 1974, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
