I have been a loyal customer of Modern Contractors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6200-PQO-6803) on April 17, 1994, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
