I have been a loyal customer of Silver Inn Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6430-NJO-3551) on October 18, 2016, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Silver Inn Group still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
