I have been a loyal customer of Lodge at Paradise for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6576-NKM-7458) on January 20, 1984, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Lodge at Paradise has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $57.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $57.62 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
