Unsatisfactory resolution from Lodge at Paradise

I want to report a serious concern with Lodge at Paradise's solution that I purchased on November 9, 2008 from your Sanfordland, West Virginia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jerald G., but my issue remains unresolved.
