On December 7, 1993, I signed up for Royal Cash Brokers's technical assistance at their New Penelope, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $398.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leanna K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 02, 2025 05:25Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $257.28 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
