I want to report a serious concern with Works Bros Kazan's package that I purchased on May 5, 2019 from your Arontown, Pennsylvania store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Destini B., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Works Bros Kazan still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
