False promises made by Works Bros Kazan representative

On September 25, 2014, I signed up for Works Bros Kazan's warranty service at their Port Cedrickfort, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $117.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Augustine U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
