Misleading advertising by Escape at Golden

I want to report a serious concern with Escape at Golden's platform that I purchased on April 18, 2014 from your Maxwellside, Louisiana store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Timmothy P., but my issue remains unresolved.
