On July 7, 1973, I signed up for Standard Factories Inc's support package at their Priscillahaven, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $180.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rebeca O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
