Unresolved issue with Standard Factories Inc product

I purchased a appliance from Standard Factories Inc on April 18, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hermina J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 16, 2025 06:07Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $245.16 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
