I am writing regarding order #ORD-4020-UEI-5180 placed with Prime Industries Inc on October 28, 2004. I paid $481.92 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kyler S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
