I have been a loyal customer of Prime Industries Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-1705-RLN-6905) on January 30, 1971, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
