On March 2, 1990, I signed up for Prime Industries Inc's upgrade service at their West Kirsten, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $952.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaya G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
