Refund refused by Quality Craft

On August 10, 2002, I signed up for Quality Craft's warranty service at their Durganberg, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $892.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Schuyler X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 13, 2025 05:56After my initial complaint, Quality Craft contacted me to troubleshoot the router. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
