On August 10, 2002, I signed up for Quality Craft's warranty service at their Durganberg, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $892.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Schuyler X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Quality Craft contacted me to troubleshoot the router. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
