I have been a loyal customer of Global Cash Trust Shenyang LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-7191-UJV-5502) on August 11, 1988, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $304.33 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
