I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Projects's software that I purchased on May 10, 1972 from your New Jazmyn, Arkansas store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hertha Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 03, 2025 05:39Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $21.88 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
