I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Metal Group. After paying $108.23 for product, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Paolo K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Metal Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
