I am writing regarding order #ORD-4403-TBJ-7529 placed with Metal Group on April 2, 2001. I paid $598.49 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Willy T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Metal Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
