I want to report a serious concern with Works Inc's equipment that I purchased on August 1, 1983 from your Marksfurt, Idaho store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maia O., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Patricia King from the Consumer Affairs at Works Inc, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
