I am writing regarding order #ORD-2751-PBA-4870 placed with Pinnacle & Services Ltd. on March 17, 1997. I paid $492.59 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moriah D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Pinnacle & Services Ltd. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their loyalty program.
