I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Pinnacle & Services Ltd.. After paying $504.43 for gadget, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Naomie Q., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
