On September 16, 1971, I signed up for Sovereign Securities Partners Inc.'s setup assistance at their West Keiraside, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $343.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Augustine K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
