Frustrated with Sovereign Securities Partners Inc.'s lack of response

On February 12, 2012, I signed up for Sovereign Securities Partners Inc.'s warranty service at their Lake Dean, Washington location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $776.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ova T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
