I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Architecture for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3187-OZV-9002) on January 15, 1979, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
