On May 19, 2013, I signed up for Elite Build Boston's consultation at their Glennatown, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $181.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marcus V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Elite Build Boston has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-D70538D0 multiple times.
