Poor customer service experience with Elite Build Boston

I have been a loyal customer of Elite Build Boston for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6699-MAM-6990) on January 20, 2007, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
