I have been a loyal customer of Standard-Build Yokohama for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-7919-CHV-1065) on January 15, 2010, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Charles Williams from the Client Satisfaction at Standard-Build Yokohama, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
