I am writing regarding order #ORD-7757-QXK-6191 placed with Standard-Build Yokohama on February 18, 2003. I paid $893.48 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dejah I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 17, 2025 06:10Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $21.75 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
