I want to report a serious concern with Elite Escape's plan that I purchased on August 11, 1987 from your Raynorfort, Florida store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Doug H., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 26, 2025 05:26I've received an email from Casey Taylor at Elite Escape offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
