Elite Escape refused to address issue

I purchased a membership from Elite Escape on December 1, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaunita A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
