I purchased a appliance from Elite Escape on February 2, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Polly K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
