I have been a loyal customer of Superior-Projects Nagpur for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-7277-SBH-5836) on January 2, 1972, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Superior-Projects Nagpur has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their technical support package.
